Looking At The Stars
STARGAZING FOR KIDS ANTHROPOLIS is a simply wonderful site for kids. It leads to many other sites, for kids and grownups too, about the stars and constellations, including the NASA Solar System Simulator: http://www.athropolis.com/links/const.htm ANTHROPOLIS is part of a larger fantasy tale for kids that begins at: http://www.athropolis.com/story.htm STARCHILD STARCHILD is “a learning center for young astronomers.” It’s put up by NASA and has a great deal of information for kids interested in the stars.
http://starchild.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/ IMAGINE THE UNIVERSE IMAGINE THE UNIVERSE is NASA’s site “for students age 14 and up, and for anyone interested in learning about our universe.” http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/homepage.html If you’re seriously interested in this sort of thing, go to the main section called “Internet Resources” and click on “Exploring The Universe.” |
